Ingredients

✅ handful of ice
✅ 50ml rose-flavoured gin
✅ 35ml lychee liqueur
✅ sparkling water, for topping up

Instructions

Fill a highball glass with ice, then pour over the gin and lychee liqueur. Top up with sparkling water.
