1. Who Can Use YouCipe

You represent that you are:

• Not using bots or scrapers
• Following South African law

2. Recipe & Site Ownership

All recipes, photos, code, and design on YouCipe are our property or licensed to us.

You may:

• Read and cook recipes
• Save favorites (for personal use)
• Print one copy for home use

You may NOT:

• Republish recipes on blogs or apps
• Scrape or automate downloads
• Sell, license, or redistribute content

3. Your Contributions (Comments, Ratings)

You own your comments and ratings, but by posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote them.

You promise your content is:

• Original or you have rights
• Not hateful, illegal, or spam
• Accurate (no fake reviews)

We can remove any content at any time.

4. Don’t Do This

• Scrape or copy the site in bulk
• Hack, DDoS, or interfere with the Site
• Impersonate others
• Upload viruses or malware
• Use for commercial gain without permission

5. We Can Ban You

We can suspend or delete your account **without warning** if you break these rules.

6. Recipes Are “As-Is”

We test recipes 3×, but **we’re not liable** if:

• Your cake collapses
• You burn dinner
• Allergies occur

Cooking is at your own risk.

7. Payments via Payfast

All payments go through Payfast. We don’t store card details.

9. South African Law Applies

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes go to courts in the Free State.
